Shireen does not practice traditional talk therapy but utilizes numerous modalities to facilitate healing and transformation. Those may include: Theta-Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Energetics and Holosets. She is happy to explain these in further detail during your 10 minute free consultation call or during the first session. The recommended number of sessions vary from person to person.
Shireen will utilize the beginning of the session to understand the problem at hand. Thereafter, she will get to work in order to assist you with addressing, resolving, releasing limiting beliefs and trapped emotions. She may also facilitate the healing on your behalf by utilizing the various evidence based and energy healing modalities during your sessions.

Payment is due prior to the scheduled session either via Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo.
Note: Session can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. This allows Shireen to provide that time for other clients. However, if you need to cancel a session on the day of the appointment you will be responsible for the full amount.
